1.蒜苔先炒熟入好味盛起。

2.锅洗净下油、姜、葱、蒜炒香。

3.下泡椒、腌制好的猪心(腌制猪心的方法,以前发过的菜谱已介绍过。)煸炒。

4.猪心炒八成熟时下胡椒粉、盐、鸡精调好,再下蒜苔翻炒。
